At 010Blend, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not in love with your order, we’re here to make things right — with a smooth and simple return or exchange process.

🔁 Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Return conditions:

* Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

* Final Sale items, gift cards, digital downloads, perishable goods, and personal care products are **non-returnable**

💡 *Returns received after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund*

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? No problem! We offer free exchanges on eligible items — just reach out and we’ll help you through it.

Note: Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different variation or for defective/damaged items.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at info@010blend.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange

2. We’ll respond with step-by-step instructions and the return address

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund or send your replacement

📮 *Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect*

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Please email info@010blend.com with:

* Your order number

* Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

* We’ll notify you by email

* Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days

* Check your bank or credit card account

* Contact your payment provider (some delays are normal)

🎁 Gifts

If you received an item as a gift:

* You’ll receive a **gift credit** once we receive your return

* If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
